Aesthetic management of anterior cantilever bridge with ovate pontic: a case report

This article describes a 16-year-old male who was referred to the Prosthodontics Department due avulsion of right upper central incisor and fracture left incisor; avulsed tooth lost at accident site. The patient refused have his teeth prepared except for broken so single cantilever retainer denture bridge made with fiber post design ovate pontic. Radiographic examination performed evaluate apical condition fractured followed by initial im-pression diagnostic wax-up, treated endodontically prevent pulp necrosis. Preparation carried out on 21 using gingival retraction floss provisory 4 weeks. final impression double technique polyvinylsiloxane. is cemented dual-cure resin cement. It concluded that this pontic very suitable treatment anterior region achieve best esthetic result as main requirement.
